After the immense competition that had arisen in the manufacturing industry, Dyetex faced numerous competitors in the market, and we realized that to be able to compete and survive in the international market, and to be able to raise our trade name level, we had to develop a serious Quality Control process to accomplish the high demand for high level of quality production.

Dyetex has developed a Quality Assurance system that is implemented through various stages in our manufacturing procedure:

A. Yarn Q.C
The work of our Q.C team begins with importing yarn. When receiving yarn to the factory we process several quality measurements such as;

[Ability of color absorption – Thin and Thick regions – contamination ….. etc]

B. Knitting Q.C
In this process we examine the yarn quality by measuring;

[The No. of stitches per unit - stitch length – width-weight per gm/m2] to make sure it meets the specified qualifications required by our customers.

C. Dyeing Q.C

During the dyeing phase we examine the fabric by taking random samples to conclude:

- The measuring of gm/m2
- Fitness of colors to customer lab dips
- Shrinkage average
- Fabric strength
- Fabric hand feel
- The average of peeling
- Color fastness
- Bleeding

D. Printing Q.C

- Design quality
- Color credibility
- Test printing
- Print and color firmness
  a. Bleeding
  b. Crocking
- Print lacation
- Check the printed fabric before starting with printing process
- Random checking through printing process

E. Sewing Q.C

- Patron audit
- Marker audit
- Random checking through sewing process
- Random evaluation of sewing lines
- Final audit for the sewing finish process
- Final checking by taking random samples

F. Final Audit

Our Q.C Team undertakes a final audit including customer qualification procedures, reaching the final packing process.
